Terms and conditions for workshops and advice

1. Registration

  1. Advance reservations can only be made via the website www.blezi.com and/or the link to www.blezi.com.
  2. Registration for a workshop or consultation via the website is only final once the participation fee has been paid.
  3. After booking via the website, the participant will receive a payment request by email within 2 working days.
  4. Once payment is received, the booking is final and the participant will receive an email with a confirmation.
  5. When a workshop is fully booked, registration is closed and it is no longer possible to participate.
  6. If a workshop or consultation is fully booked, participants can sign up for the waiting list. No rights can be derived from this.
  7. Minimum age for participation is 21 years.

2. Participation costs

  1. Upon registration, the prices as stated on the website at the time of registration apply.
  2. The workshop description mentions a total amount for a maximum number of participants.
  3. If the number of participants is lower than specified, no refund will be made.
  4. Workshop prices include materials unless otherwise stated.
  5. Blèzi Cosmetics always reserves the right to adjust the content or pricing of workshops.
  6. Unless otherwise stated, all listed prices include 21% VAT.

3. Payment

  1. After booking via the website, the participant will receive a payment request by email.
  2. Once payment is received, the booking is final.
  3. Blèzi Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse a participant access to the workshop if the payment obligation has not been met.

4. Cancellation

  1. Cancellation of a consultation or workshop can only be done in advance by e-mail to info@blezi.com according to the conditions set out in article 4.2.
  2. Cancel:
    1. You can cancel your consultation or workshop up to 48 hours before the start date. You will then receive a full refund.
    2. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will receive a 50% refund of your participation fee.
    3. In case of illness, the date will be postponed once. If you cancel after the date has been postponed, you will receive a 50% refund.
    4. In case of no cancellation, no refund is possible.

5. Cancellation by Blèzi Cosmetics

  1. Blèzi Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel an offered workshop if there are three or fewer registrations.
  2. If a workshop is cancelled or postponed, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and, if possible, proposed a new date.
  3. If the proposed date does not suit you, registration can be cancelled free of charge.
  4. Blèzi Cosmetics reserves the right to change the dates of workshops that run over multiple dates. In this case, the participant or client will be informed as soon as possible.
  5. Blèzi Cosmetics is entitled to appoint a replacement make-up artist at any time.

6. Participant's liability

  1. Tools made available to the participant remain the property of Blèzi Cosmetics at all times.
  2. The participant must handle the materials and tools provided with care.
  3. Any damage caused by the participant to tools and property of Blèzi Cosmetics will be recovered from the participant, based on replacement value and/or repair costs.
  4. If theft is detected, the police will be called in.

7. Liability of Blèzi Cosmetics

  1. Blèzi Cosmetics is not liable for any damage to or loss of personal property or personal injury caused by or related to participation in a workshop or damage due to the cancellation of a workshop.
  2. If, despite the provisions of the previous paragraph, Blèzi Cosmetics is liable for any damages at any time, the liability will be limited to the workshop fees paid. Indirect damages are not covered.

8. Complaints

  1. The participant must submit any complaint regarding the implementation of the consultation, workshop, or workshop package, or any administrative procedure related to the workshop, in writing within eight days of the end of the relevant workshop or consultation, and address it to the director of Blèzi Cosmetics. Complaints will always be handled in writing.
  2. Any complaints about the invoice must be made in writing within eight days of the invoice date, after which the handling will also take place in writing.
  3. If, in the opinion of Blèzi Cosmetics, a participant causes a nuisance during a consultation, workshop or workshop arrangement, Blèzi Cosmetics reserves the right to remove that person and refuse any subsequent participation.

9. Applicable law

The Blèzi Cosmetics Terms and Conditions apply at all times. These terms and conditions for workshop/consultancy participation are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions or any other agreement with Blèzi Cosmetics are in conflict with any applicable legal provision, the provision in question will lapse and be replaced by a new, legally permissible, comparable provision to be determined by Blèzi Cosmetics.

Any disputes that may arise between the parties will be brought before the competent court in 's-Hertogenbosch, unless the law prescribes otherwise.
