Step by step to a striking eye make-up (and the best make-up tips)

Choose an eyeliner that matches your eye color for a fresh, natural look. For example, blue for blue eyes and green for green eyes. To make your eyes stand out more, choose a contrasting color. Tip: choose a waterproof eyeliner

Tip: eye pencil as a line
Using an eyeliner, draw a line above your eye, from the outer to the inner corner. Place the line just above and between your lashes. Do the same under your eye, but don't start all the way at the inner corner. Extend the line from the outer corner to just past your pupil.
Application is easier if you pull the skin slightly taut with your finger. Press the pencil as close to the lash line as possible and check after application that you haven't missed any spots.
Tip: Lift your eyes with makeup
Make sure you don't start the line right at the outer corner of your eye, as this will make your eye appear droopier. Instead, pull the line slightly upward, starting about a millimeter from the outer corner of your eye. If something goes wrong while applying your eyeliner, you can easily remove any excess with a damp cotton swab.
Tip: eye pencil as eye shadow base
You can also use the eyeliner under your eyeshadow. Apply it generously over your entire mobile eyelid. Then, apply your favorite color over it. Eyeshadow . Layering not only makes your eye makeup last longer, but also creates surprisingly intense colors!

Apply a line to the waterline of your upper eyelid. It's easier to apply if you look down. The beauty of applying a line to your waterline is that it instantly adds volume to your lashes and makes your eyes pop.
