Exchanges & returns

You have up to 30 days after receiving your package to exchange or return your purchase. You can return your order to us using this return form. Return to the following address:

These conditions apply to returns:

– The shipping costs for returning your item to us are at your own expense. - Products must not have been used or opened. The original and undamaged seal/packaging (shrink wrap) must still be intact.

– Please return your products in sturdy packaging (preferably the original shipping box and bubble wrap).

– If the products are damaged or show signs of use? We reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge for the damage.

– If you return your entire order, you must also return the gift you received with your purchase. Do you keep the gift? In that case, we will deduct its purchase price from the amount to be refunded.

– The (digital) Blèzi gift voucher cannot be returned.

- If you have an (allergic) adverse reaction to one of our products, please first contact our customer service. If the (allergic) adverse reaction is substantiated, you may return the product along with the completed return form.

- If you have ordered a product incorrectly, you may exchange it. However, you will have to pay the additional shipping costs incurred.

We recommend sending your return with Track & Trace. You will then receive a shipping receipt, which you can use to check the status of your return. It may take several business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email from us. If the above conditions are met, we will refund the purchase amount of your return to your account.

- You are yourself responsible for loss and/or damage during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend sending returns with Track & Trace. In case of loss and/or damage during shipment, we cannot proceed with reimbursement.

- You have a legal right to return within 14 days of delivery, at Blèzi we give you 30 days to consider your purchase.

Exchanges:

- Unfortunately, online exchanges are not possible. Of course, you can return the product and place a new order. You can, however, exchange your product(s) at the Blèzi shop at our head office in 's-Hertogenbosch. Please bring your packing slip. Only products that are unused, unopened, and still in their original, undamaged shrink-wrapped packaging may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Processing:

We will process your return within 14 business days of receipt. If your return meets the return conditions, you will receive the full purchase amount back to your bank account. Any shipping costs you paid for your order will not be refunded. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email from us.
