Where can I buy the products?
You can purchase Blezi products via our online store and at our points of sale throughout the Netherlands. Send us an email telling us where you live, and we will inform you if there is a Blèzi point of sale near you.
You can also see, test and buy all products in the shop at our headquarters (Rietveldenweg 30 – ‘s-Hertogenbosch). We would love to see you! Please call or email us to reserve a time slot.
How do I order products?
Go to www.blezi.com/nl/webshop.
Choose a product or a product category on the homepage. Select the item you desire, and optionally, the right shade, then click ‘Add to my basket’. The items will be added to your shopping basket. You can modify the order in the basket if needed. Either choose another product or select ‘Shopping Basket’ at the top right when you are done shopping.
Double-check everything in your shopping basket. If you have a discount code or gift voucher, input the code at the top right of the page and then click ‘I’m going to order’.
Enter your information or click “Login” if you haven’t already done so on the home page. No account yet? Then register as a new customer on the payment page and continue. Select your preferred shipping method from PostNL, PakjeGemak, or in-store pickup at Blèzi Cosmetics. You can optionally choose a different delivery address for the order.
Choose a payment method: iDEAL (select your bank), Bancontact – Mister Cash, PayPal or Bank Transfer. All set? Accept the terms and conditions and then click ‘Confirm order and pay’.
Follow your bank’s payment instructions or, if you chose bank transfer, the bank transfer instructions. Note!: for bank transfers, the products will be delivered after we receive the bank transfer. Choosing a Bank Transfer may slightly delay the product delivery.
All done! Your order is completed, we will send you an order confirmation by email.
Where can I see an overview of the products I have selected?
All the products you have selected are in your shopping basket. This is symbolised by a shopping bag icon at the top of our website. The circle shows how many products you have selected. Click on the icon to go to the shopping basket page, where you can adjust your order if needed.
Do I receive an invoice of the order?
Yes, with every online order, we send a digital invoice to the email address you have used for ordering.
