Can products be returned?
Yes, they can. Officially termed as “Revocation”, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be returned with the return form and proof of purchase.
- You will bear the return shipping costs.
- Products must be unused and unopened, and they should have their original and undamaged seal/packaging (shrink wrap).
If you ordered the product from a personal Business Partner or purchased it form a point of sale, you have to return it there.
Can a product be returned if in case of an allergic reaction?
If you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please first contact our customer service via e-mail or telephone. If deemed valid, you can return the product with the completed return form enclosed. We will then refund the full purchase price.
Can I return a incorrectly ordered product?
If you mistakenly ordered a product, you may exchange it. However, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Loss or damage upon return
You are responsible for loss and/or damage during return shipping. We therefore recommend sending returns using Track & Trace. No compensation will be provided in the event of loss during shipment.
