Terms and conditions for the use of the Blèzi Cosmetics website

Types of users

Any person accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Site, either manually or via a computer device or program, is considered a “User” under these Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Blèzi Cosmetics website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) by visitors, customers and advertisers. Use of the Site

Blèzi Cosmetics cannot guarantee and does not guarantee that the files that can be downloaded from the Site are free of contamination or viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines aimed at damaging, adversely disrupting, clandestinely invading or expropriating systems, data or personal information. User is responsible for implementing the required procedures and checkpoints to meet your personal requirements for the accuracy of data input and output, and for providing a resource outside the Site for recovering any lost data.

User acknowledges and accepts that unauthorized third parties may intercept and use any data uploaded or transferred by User and that any associated risks are entirely at your own risk.

Limited liability

Blèzi Cosmetics or any other third party involved in creating, producing or distributing the Site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect and/or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Site or any other matter relating to the Site.

Your obligations regarding your account

User shall (i) provide accurate, current and complete information about itself or the organization as prompted by the Site (the “Registration Data”); and (ii) maintain and update the Registration Data to keep it accurate, valid and complete. If the User provides information that is incorrect, inaccurate, invalid or incomplete, or if Blèzi Cosmetics has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is incorrect, inaccurate, invalid or incomplete, Blèzi Cosmetics may terminate an account and deny continued use of and future access to the Site. User is responsible for keeping the password and account number confidential, and User is fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account number and password. User agrees to use his/her password for electronic registration and the granting of an electronic signature.

Therefore, the User should never disclose passwords or identification data for his/her account to third parties. User agrees to immediately notify Blèzi Cosmetics of any unauthorized use of his/her password or other security breaches. In no event will Blèzi Cosmetics be responsible or liable for fraudulent purchases made using the misused password.

Product prices

In the event that a product is displayed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to printing errors or an error in the price indication or product data, Blèzi Cosmetics has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the orders have already been confirmed and debited from the user. If the amount of your purchase has already been debited from your bank account and your order is cancelled, Blèzi Cosmetics will immediately credit the amount charged.

Offers and/or discounts as advertised on the Site are only valid for the duration of the advertised offer and/or discount as stated on the Site. Products that are not available during the term of the advertised offer and/or discount are excluded from the advertised offer and/or discount.
