Where can I purchase the products?
Blèzi products are available for purchase both online and at our retail locations around the Netherlands. Send us an email mentioning your city, and we’ll let you know if Blèzi is available there.
You can also see, test and buy all products in the shop at our headquarters (Rietveldenweg 30 – ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands). We would be happy to have you!
How do I order products?
Step 1
Select a product or a product category on the home page. Choose the desired item and, if applicable, the suitable color, then click “Add to my shopping basket.” The items will be added to your shopping cart. You still have the option to alter the order in the basket. Once you have finished shopping, choose ‘Shopping cart’ in the top right corner of the page to go on to a new product.
Step 2
Make sure everything in the shopping cart is correct. Do you have a discount code or gift certificate? Enter the code at the top right of this page and then click ‘I’m going to order’.
Step 3
Enter your information or click “Login” if you haven’t already on the home page. No profile yet? Then sign up as a new customer on the payment page and carry on. Select your preferred shipping method from PostNL or in-store pickup at Blèzi Cosmetics. For the order, you can optionally select a different delivery address.
Step 4
Choose a payment method: iDEAL (choose your bank), Bancontact – Mister Cash, PayPal or bank transfer. Is everything correct? Accept the terms and conditions and then click ‘Place order’.
Step 5
Follow your bank’s payment instructions or, if you chose wire transfer, the wire transfer instructions. Please note that with bank transfers, the products will be delivered after we receive the bank transfer. This may cause the delivery of the products to take a little longer.
Step 6
All done! The order is completed, we will send you an order confirmation by email.
Where can I see an overview of the products I have chosen?
All the products you have chosen are in your shopping cart. This is the icon of a shopping bag at the top of our website. The circle shows how many products you have selected. Click on the icon to proceed to the shopping basket page. You can still change your order on this page.
Do I receive an invoice of the order?
Yes, we send a digital invoice with every order placed in the shop. It will be delivered to the email address you provided after checkout.
When did my order go through?
A confirmation of your order will appear on your screen. And we will also send you a confirmation email.
I did not receive a confirmation of my order, now what?
Please check the spam folder of your mailbox, the confirmation may have been delivered there. Was the payment successful and was the amount debited from your account? Then you can assume that we have received your order. If in doubt, you can always contact us.
A product I want to order is not available, what now?
If a product is temporarily unavailable, you will see it in the webshop. If you are subscribed to the Blèzi newsletter, you will receive an e-mail as soon as you can order the product again. Are you not subscribed to our newsletter? Send us an e-mail to let us know that you want to be notified when the product is available.
Can I reserve or pre-order an out of stock product?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. You can only order when the product is available.
Why is my favorite product no longer available? What can I use now?
Sometimes we decide to discontinue a product (color) because other products or colors have more fans. Is your favorite gone? Send us an e-mail with the name of the product and/or color. We’ll be happy to suggest an alternative.
Can you send me testers?
Unfortunately, we can’t. But at our retailers and in the shop at our headquarters you can see and test all products and colors. Would you like to come by? Please send us an email.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?
You do this in the second step of the ordering process, on the shopping cart page. Enter your personal discount code or gift voucher in the ‘Discount code’ field. Click on the pink button ‘Use code’ and the discount will be automatically calculated. Please note: You can only use one discount code per order.
Can I still use my discount code for previously placed orders?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. But you can use it on your next order of course!
Can I use a coupon code for products on sale?
No, this is not possible. Discount codes only apply to products that are not on sale. If you have a product on sale in your shopping cart and a product that is not on sale, you can use the discount code. The discount will only be applied to the product that is not on sale.
My discount code does not work. What should I do?
An error message in the shopping cart can have several reasons:
– The discount code is no longer valid;
– The discount code has already been used;
– You used upper instead of lower case letters or vice versa;
– You typed a space before, between or after the code.
Did you do everything right and the code still doesn’t work? Please contact us before placing your order.
The product I want to order is temporarily unavailable. Can I use the coupon code later when the product is available again?
When you receive a discount code from us, the expiration date is mentioned.If the product is available again within the expiration date, you can redeem the discount code.Has the expiration date passed? Unfortunately: then the coupon code is no longer valid.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
You can if you contact us within an hour of placing your order: call 073-5210167 or email us. Please do so as soon as possible, because once your order has been processed we unfortunately cannot change or cancel it.
How do I create an account?
If you don’t have an account with us yet, you can create one by clicking on ‘log in’ in the upper right corner. Here you can create a new account or sign in to an existing one.
Can I order without an account?
Yes, you can. On the checkout page you fill in your details and then proceed directly to payment. Your order will then be placed without creating an account. Do you plan to shop with us more often? Then it is easier to create an account. This way your data will be saved and you will be able to shop faster next time.
Where can I change my personal information?
You can easily edit your personal data in your Blèzi account. Log in, go to my account and then to account information. Here you can change your personal data.
Help, I forgot my password!
Don’t panic! On the login page, click on “Forgot your password?” and enter the email address you use for our website. We will send you a link by e-mail. This will allow you to create a new password. Is the link in the email you received not working? Then please contact us.
The e-mail address is already known at registration, now what?
You probably already have an account with us then. Go to the login page, click on “Forgot your password?” and enter your email address. We will send a link to your email address. This will allow you to create a new password. Does the link in the received email not work? If so, please contact us.
How does the Blèzi points system work?
Here’s how our points system works:
– For every euro you spend (excluding shipping costs) in our webshop, you earn 1 point.
– 100 points correspond to a discount of 5 euros.
– You have the flexibility to redeem your points whenever you like.
How can you use the Blèzi points you’ve earned?
Here’s how you can use your earned Blèzi points:
1. Make sure you are logged into your Blèzi account.
2. Add the desired products to your basket.
3. Go to your basket, and you’ll see how many points you have accumulated.
4. You have the option to use your points. If you choose to do so, the discount will be automatically applied.
Wat are the shipping costs for an order?
Netherlands:
Shipping is free for orders above €50,00.
Orders less than € 50,00:
Letter post €2,95
Parcel post: €4,95
Belgium:
From € 75,00 shipping is free.
Order under € 75,00: € 4,95
You pay no shipping costs if you choose to pick up your order at Blèzi Cosmetics in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. If you order before 4 pm(on working days), you can pick up your order the next working day between 10 am and 5 pm at our head office:

Are there any additional shipping options?
We offer several different delivery options:
– You can choose to enter a different delivery address, such as your work address or your neighbor’s address. The order will then be delivered there. The shipping costs remain the same.
– You can pick up your order for free at Blèzi. During the ordering process choose ‘Pick up at Blèzi’. If you ordered on a workday before 4 pm, your order will be ready the next workday and you can pick it up between 10 am and 5 pm. Did you order on Friday or during the weekend? Then your order will be processed on Monday and will be ready for you on Tuesday. At pickup we will ask for your name and order number. This is our address:

How do you ship to Belgium?
Shipments to Belgium are always sent via parcel post with Track & Trace. The PakjeGemak option is not available. Shipping costs to Belgium are € 4.95, for orders from € 75.00 shipping is free.
When will my order be delivered?
If you order on weekdays before 4 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day. Usually you receive your package the next day. If you order on Friday after 4 p.m. or during the weekend, your order will be shipped on Monday. This also applies to the Flemish part of Belgium.
If your order fits in the mailbox, we will give the package to the postal worker instead of the parcel service. The postal service has a maximum of five working days to deliver the package to your mailbox. The Track & Trace code of PostNL is often incorrect for letterbox mail. It is possible that the code indicates that your package has already been delivered, but that the letter carrier has not yet come by. Wait a couple more business days or ask your neighbors if they know if the parcel was left in their mailbox. Have you still not received it after five working days? Please contact us.

Can I pick up my order at Blèzi?
You can pick up your webshop order for free at our location in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. Choose during the ordering process for ‘Pick up at Blèzi’. Did you order on a workday before 16.00 pm, then your order will be ready the next workday and you can pick it up between 10.00 am and 5 pm. Do you order on Friday or during the weekend? Then your order will be processed on Monday and will be ready for you on Tuesday. At pickup we will ask for your name and order number. This is our address:

Do I have to stay at home for the delivery?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the parcel deliverer will deliver your package to your neighbors or to a PostNL point. You will receive an e-mail. With your Track & Trace code you can see where you can pick up the parcel. Do you have the PostNL app? Then you can also see where your package is.
I received an incomplete order, what now?
Very frustrating, but this can happen sometimes. Mail us the order number or a picture of the packing list. Include which products are missing or the wrong color you received. This way we can quickly and easily investigate your incomplete order. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
My product arrived damaged. What happens now?
Because we take care of our beautiful products we pack them well for you. Nevertheless, it can sometimes happen that an order arrives damaged. Save the box, packaging and contents and mail us as soon as possible. Send a few photos of the damaged product and include the order number of your order. Give a clear description of the damage/defect to the product and make sure the damage is clearly visible in at least one photo. We will then quickly resolve it for you.
What payment methods does Blèzi Cosmetics offer?
iDEAL
If you pay the total amount via iDEAL, payment processing takes place immediately. We can then ship your order immediately.
Bank transfer
When paying by bank transfer, it may take a few days before the payment is received. Once we have received the payment, your order will be shipped.

If you pay the total amount via PayPal, payment processing takes place immediately. We can then ship your order immediately. For using PayPal you pay an additional cost of €4.

How does paying with iDEAL work?
If you choose the payment method iDEAL, you will automatically be linked to the iDEAL payment page. After selecting your bank, you can complete the payment in the online banking environment of your own bank or via the app.
How does paying by bank transfer work?
If you choose the payment method Wire Transfer, you will automatically be linked to the payment page of our payment provider Buckaroo. Fill in your details and click the blue ‘Continue’ button. Your transaction is then being processed. Instructions on how to complete the payment will appear on the screen and you will also receive an e-mail with payment instructions. It may take several days for the payment to be received by us. Only then will your order be processed and shipped.
How does paying with PayPal work?
If you choose the PayPal payment method, you will automatically be linked to the PayPal website. Here you enter your details and you can make the payment.
How does paying with Mister Cash work?
If you choose the payment method Mister Cash, you will be automatically linked to the payment page of our payment provider Buckaroo. Enter your details here and click on the blue button ‘Bancontact app’. You will then be linked to the Bancontact app where you can make the payment.
Is paying at Blèzi safe?
Of course it is! We use generally accepted secure standard SSL* (Secure Socket Layer). This means you always pay in a secure environment. This way nobody gets access to sensitive data such as your transaction details.
*The secure SSL connection can be recognized by the ‘s’ after http (https://….) in the URL bar. You can also recognize it by the ‘lock’ icon to the left of the URL.
May I return my order?
Yes, you may. Officially termed as “Revocation”, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided the following conditions are met:
– The product must be returned with the return form and proof of purchase.
– The shipping costs to send your return to us are at your own expense.
– Products must be unused and unopened, and they should have their original and undamaged seal/packaging (shrink wrap).
– Please return your products in strong packaging (preferably the original shipping box and bubble wrap).
– Are the products damaged or show signs of use? Then we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct the damage.
– When you return your entire order, you will also return the gift you received with your purchase. Do you keep the gift? Then we will deduct the purchase amount from the amount to be refunded.
– The (digital) Blèzi gift certificate cannot be returned.
We recommend that you send your return shipment with Track & Trace. You will receive a proof of postage so you can check the status of your return. It may take several business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email from us. Once the above conditions are met, we will refund the purchase price of your return to your account.
If you ordered the product from a Blèzi Partner or purchased it form a point of sale, you have to return it there.
Within what time frame will my return be processed?
We will process your return within 14 business days of receiving it. If your return meets the return conditions, you will receive a full refund to your bank account. Any shipping costs you have paid for your order will not be refunded. When your return has been processed, you will receive an email from us.
Can I return my order to Blèzi Cosmetics if I bought it at a point of sale?
If you bought the product from a Blèzi retailer, you must also return it to this retailer. They will handle the return with you.
Can I return a product if I have an allergic reaction?
If you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please first contact our customer service within 30 days of purchase via e-mail or telephone. If deemed valid, you can return the product with the completed return form enclosed. We will then refund the full purchase price. Any shipping costs you may have paid for your order are not covered by this and will not be refunded.
Can I return an incorrectly ordered product?
If you mistakenly ordered a product, you may exchange it. However, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs, loss or damage upon return.
You are responsible for loss and/or damage during return shipping. We therefore recommend sending returns using Track & Trace. No compensation will be provided in the event of loss during shipment.
Can I exchange my online purchase?
Online exchanges are unfortunately not possible. Of course it is possible to return the product and place a new order. You may come to exchange your product(s) in the Blèzi shop at our headquarters in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. Please bring your packing list with you. Only products that are unused, unopened and still packaged in their original, undamaged shrink wrap may be exchanged within 30 calendar days of purchase.
Who is responsible for return shipping?
You are responsible for loss and/or damage in return shipping. Therefore, we recommend sending returns with Track & Trace. In case of loss and/or damage during shipment, we cannot reimburse you.
How do I get a Blèzi Gift Voucher?
You can buy our gift vouchers here in our webshop.
Select the amount (choose from €5, €10, €15, €25, €30, €40, €50, €75 or €100). Click the ‘Add to basket’ button and the gift voucher will be in your basket. You can then add products to your shopping cart or checkout directly. When your order is completed you will receive the digital gift voucher directly in your inbox. Print or email it and you’re done!
Where can I spend the Blèzi Gift Voucher?
Go to your shopping cart and enter your voucher code in the ‘Gift Voucher’ field. Click the ‘Apply Gift Voucher’ button, and the discount will be automatically applied.
The total amount of my order is higher than the amount on my Blèzi Gift Voucher, now what?
If you redeem your gift voucher in the webshop, the amount of the gift voucher is deducted from the total amount of your order. The remaining amount can be paid with iDEAL or bank transfer.
The total amount of my order is lower than the amount on my Blèzi Gift Voucher, what now?
You can spend the Blèzi Gift Voucher in parts. If you have a remaining balance, you can use it at a later time. Check your gift voucher balance here.
How long is my Blèzi Gift Voucher valid?
Unlimited. You can spend your gift voucher whenever you want.
Can I order a Blèzi Gift Voucher and pay with another Blèzi Gift Voucher?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.
I lost my Blèzi Gift Voucher. What now?
That’s very inconvenient! Fortunately, in many cases we have a solution. Send us an e-mail with the proof of purchase of the Blèzi Gift Voucher (just take a picture of it). This way we can find the voucher number and check whether you can still spend it.
